Yes. For your complete peace of mind, every member of the Queens of Cleaning team is fully insured and bonded, protecting your property against accidents. We also conduct thorough background checks on all employees before they ever enter a client’s home.
2. Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we arrive fully equipped! We provide all necessary high-quality cleaning products and professional equipment to perform a deep clean. If you have a specific, non-toxic, or preferred product you would like us to use, simply leave it out and let us know.
3. What types of cleaning services do you offer?
We offer a range of specialized services, including:
- Recurring Maintenance: Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning.
- Deep Cleaning: A comprehensive clean for first-time or occasional service.
- Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning: Thorough top-to-bottom service for vacant homes.
- Custom Commercial Cleaning (upon request).
4. How are your rates determined and how do I get a quote?
Our rates are typically based on the size of your home (number of bedrooms/bathrooms) and the type of service required (e.g., Deep Clean vs. Recurring Maintenance). To receive a personalized, accurate quote, simply click the “Request a Free Quote” button on our website or call us.
5. What is your satisfaction guarantee?
We stand by our work and strive for a “Royal Clean” every time. If you are not completely satisfied with a part of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of the service, and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.
